  1. CHESSGENIUS LICENSE AGREEMENT

  3. READ BEFORE INSTALLING

  5. BY INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE INCLUDED WITH THIS AGREEMENT YOU
  6. ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF
  7. YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT,
  8. PROMPTLY REMOVE ALL COPIES OF THE SOFTWARE FROM ALL YOUR
  9. ELECTRONIC DEVICES.

  11. 1. LIMITED USE LICENSE - This license agreement permits you
  12. to install and use the Software on any single device at 
  13. one time provided that the Software is installed on only 
  14. one device at a time.
  15. You are entitled to use the limited features of the
  16. unregistered Software. In consideration of the License fee 
  17. paid to Lang Software you are entitled to use the full
  18. features of the registered Software.

  20. 2. COPYRIGHT - The Software is owned by Lang Software and
  21. is protected by British Copyright Laws, international 
  22. treaties, and other national laws. You must treat the 
  23. Software like any other copyrighted product except that you
  24. may make backup copies of the Software solely for backup or
  25. archival purposes.

  27. 3. RESTRICTIONS ON USE - You may not rent, lease,
  28. distribute, sublicense or otherwise transfer the Software
  29. to any third party. You may not reverse engineer, 
  30. disassemble or create derivative works of the Software.

  32. 4. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER - The Software is supplied "as is" 
  33. without warranty of any kind. Lang Software and their
  34. suppliers will not in any event be liable for any loss,
  35. including consequential loss, caused by any error or defect
  36. howsoever arising. In any case liability shall be limited 
  37. to the amount of the License fee paid.

  39. Nothing in this agreement shall take away any of your
  40. existing statutory rights.
  41.  
  42. This agreement is governed by the laws of England.
  43.
